JOIN THE PTA

Hello RESN Family!

Our PTA has started using an online communication tool called MemberHub.com.  This software was provided free to our PTA because of a partnership between MemberHub and our state PTA.

Ringgold Elementary School North PTA will utilize the MemberHub to bring you into our PTA community and keep you informed and engaged with what is happening.  We are hoping to expand our use of this valuable tool in the coming months and start utilizing it for newsletters, signup sheets, shared calendar events, files, photos, reminders, PTA store, and much more all in once place!

With MemberHub you can:

  • Pay for PTA dues and other items online
  • Sign up for volunteer time slots or needed items and receive reminders.
    • To sign up to volunteer for committees, see the "Join Hubs" option in the menu at the top of the page.  Check the "join" button for any event or committee you are interested in.
  • Receive emails and/or texts with communications from all levels of your school
  • Share files and photos in a secure environment
  • Receive event reminders
  • Access a private online school directory
  • Install the MemberHub app on your smartphone for info on the go

Your information is stored securely and privately.  Please visit the MemberHub to add you and your family to our PTA's MemberHub site.

We would love to have you as PTA members.  Please visit our simple, online PTA membership page to enter your information and pay your dues.

To sign up online, after submitting your request to join, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and a link to a login screen where you will create a password.  Once you are logged in and can see the Home Page, you will see a message with important information regarding memberships and volunteering.  Please read this information, it only takes a minute.

To pay for your membership, use the "shop" option at the far right of the menu at the top of the page.  Click the word "shop" and membership options will appear.  Once you select the membership that best fits, you can add it to the cart and process your payment.  Don't forget to click the cart button to checkout!

If you would like to pay for your membership with a check and send in the hard copy form, we can take care of signing you up on the MemberHub site.  You will still receive all of the reminders!
